My wife and I owned a piece of real estate in a remote rural location that we wished to sell. We had numerous ridiculous low ball offers from companies outside the area, and also a few dubious companies assuring us they could sell the property. He was highly professional and explained everything in great detail, including potential costs and timelines. Tod delivered, exactly as he had explained, and helped us sell our land in the depths of winter in a very short space of time. At a very acceptable and satisfactory price.
