Challenge Accepted, Challenge Exceeded - 04 Mar 2023: When we interviewed agents to sell our house the challenge was to sell our house for a price much higher than the market showed. Other realtors suggested a sale price $50 and $100 thousand less than what we wanted. Tod had a couple options and was not concerned with the sale price we needed.
